We’re building a small network of contractors, BCIN designers, and permit expediters to review submissions when automated checks aren’t confident.
How it would work (early)
When a user runs a check, some items will be high confidence and automated. If the system flags uncertainty, we can offer an optional “human review” add-on. That review can be assigned to qualified partners.
Clear scope
You review for completeness and common municipal requirements. No guarantees of approval.
Turnaround targets
Start with simple SLAs (e.g., 24–48h) and expand as the network grows.
Best-fit matching
We route based on city, permit type, and your expertise.
Note: This is an interest form. We’ll start with a small pilot in Toronto/GTA and invite partners as we roll out the workflow.
